Watermelon

Alcohol depletes the nutrients our body needs and watermelon is the best way to replenish the lost nutrients. Low blood sugar makes us feel weak and unsteady which is another reason for eating a watermelon, which is rich in fructose content. 

Bananas

Bananas are rich in potassium and magnesium which are also the minerals that gets depleted while consuming alcohol. Bananas are also rich in antacids, which helps settle stomach and reduce gassy feeling that you wake up with in the next morning.
