We often take joint pain and arthritis as granted, as if they are natural signs of aging and are to quite natural. However, this is not true every time. Pain is our body's way of sending a message. 

You can always get rid of pain with medication, but it's important to identify the root cause of the pain and then apply the correct method to get rid of it. 

Here are some simple precautionary measures to ensure a pain-free lifestyle. 

Start with the basics by evaluating your exercise pattern, injuries, bed and your work station. 

You can keep track of your pain by maintaining a daily journal that could help identify recurring pattern.
