Fast and Furious 8: All there is to Know
Fast and Furious is amongst those movie franchisees that always end up making upwards of $1 Billion worldwide. While Furious 8 was only logical after the ridiculous success of its last part, there is a burning question in the minds of global fans that will the series be able to justify itself without Paul Walker? According to the latest CinemaCon, Vin Diesel confirmed that Furious 8 is indeed in the offing and will reach the theaters on 14th April 2017, reports Cinema Blend.
Even though it is exhilarating to know that Fast and Furious will make another part. But the fans still have many questions about the plots and actors that will make up its 8th series. As per Cinema Blend, Furious 7 was supposed to start a new trilogy of films which changed with the unfortunate demise of Paul Walker. James Wan confirmed that if the movie ended the way it was planned; it would have led to new stories. But the real hint came when Vin Diesel revealed in Jimmy Kimmel Show that Kurt Russell's entry in part 7 was just an extension to what would happen in part 8. He called him the catalyst of the events that will happen in part 8 of the movie.
In the same interview clip, Diesel dropped another interesting hint that the crew will shift base to the streets of New York where Mr. Nobody will be largely positioned. Since all the Fast and Furious movies have been shot in LA, New York will bring forth a welcome change. It will also be fun to see Toretto's crew staying fast and furious on the traffic laced streets of Midtown Manhattan. It has also been speculated that James Wan will direct the 8th part, especially after the roaring success of Part 7, reported Deadline.
