Looking for a perfect version of well-settled life? Then you can simply enhance and revitalize your quality of life by shifting your moods towards playful and vivacious activities

Interesting yet super true, simply being involved in light activities such as going shopping, taking some time out for a stroll in the park, playing with your pets or maybe reading can actually give you a new sense of direction in life.

The research was conducted at the University of Leicester and included those young individuals who led their lives in the shadow of care.

Lead author Dr Lisanne Gibson, from the University of Leicester, states: "It is already understood that participating in facilitated cultural and social activities has positive effects on children's and young people's wellbeing, personal development, aspiration and thus improves their life chances.

"Our research has also found that everyday participation is an important domain through which young people learn about the social world, their place in it, and is a domain in which they feel empowered to express themselves."

According to Science Daily, what young people choose to do during their spare time can actually assist them in their personality development and even in shaping up their respective identities. On the basis of their lived experiences and valuable participation in daily chores, young personalities can easily rejuvenate their persona and undoubtedly change the nature of their thinking patterns.

All those teenagers and even individual’s post teen-age, can easily seek quality of life if they tend to increase their participation in everyday activities. Reading books, magazines, going for swimming or even engaging oneself with a pet is an example of living life in care which automatically results in an individual's wellbeing and picture perfect social setup.
