Ex-Fiancée Sues Charlie Sheen After HIV Revelation And For Forcing Her To Abort Their Child

Charlie Sheen's startling revelation that he is HIV positive on Nov. 17's "Today" show had a lot of his ex-fiancees advancing to claim that he had never informed them. The latest one is porn star Brett Rossi.

Scottine Rossi, 26, filed a lawsuit Thursday for "assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims", according to ABC News.

She had also added that he was "verbally and physically abusive" and said that she and Sheen had "unprotected sex five times".

After hearing about the lawsuit, though, his attorney, Martin D. Singer, said that he is planning to fight it. "Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross," Singer told Us Weekly. "We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her."

The two of them had met first in November 2013. She had consented to have sex with the 50-year-old for $10,000, but then they got engaged in January 2014. It ended later that year.

"As a result of this exposure, (Ross) has suffered serious emotional distress from a reasonable fear that she will contract HIV," the lawsuit reads. It even claimed that he called her an "ungrateful bitch" and said: "Don't you ever f-king hit me. I'll f-king kill you."

Rossi is clear that if she had known that he was HIV positive, she would not have ever consented, and would have in fact not fallen into a relationship. It was only after five instances of unprotected sex that they had a "heart to heart" and decided to carry on. Being on treatment to help prevent its transmission, they decided to "engage in unprotected sexual intercourse like a normal couple."

He also forced her to abort her foetus, saying he did not want her to give birth to a "retarded child" due to his HIV status, according to TMZ.

She refused, which made him explode and he "threatened to kick her to the curb."
