Kim Kardashian's Emoji App 'Kimoji' Crashes Apple Store, Tweets Apology
There is a new emoji in the Internet that is breaking records. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star's new emoji app, "Kimoji," is breaking Apple's app store, according to People.
It was launched on Monday, and displays more than 250 customized emojis that have been inspired by Kardashian---including her notorious butt photos. Other emojis were---a "recreation of her infamous crying face, a selfie pose, a peach meant to represent her derriere", and so many more.
Kim is promoting the $1.99 app on her Instagram page ever since it was released. Yet, it led to Apple's app service to shut down because of its "high demand and heavy user traffic", said Gossip Cop.
"Apple, I'm so sorry I broke your App Store!!!" Kardashian tweeted. "I can't believe so many people downloaded my KIMOJI app that it affected the entire app store!"
Later, she said that the "massive downloads" led to the collapse of the app store crash. She promised her users that the app, which toppled Apple's chart on Monday night, would again be "up and running".
She then repeated that she had broken the app store! She wrote: "Ahhhhhhhh I still can't believe we broke the entire App Store!!!!"
