Have been putting off Nexus 5X for sometime? You are lucky because now you can snag one at a handsome discount. Google just released an offer of $30 discount on the handset, bringing down the cost of 16GB model to $349 and 32GB model for $399. According to Android Central, this doesn't look like a limited time promotion as the cheaper price tags will stay on. If that wasn't enough, you can also enjoy free ground shipping on all your purchases and also save some money there too, unless you need a phone immediately. To push the sales of the handset, Google is also offering a 90-day subscription to Google Music when you purchase Nexus 5X or Nexus 6P. This offer is redeemable up to 18th April and is only available to new subscribers.

The handset was revealed in September 2015 by LG and sported a 5.2-inch HD LCD display, USB-C port, 12.3-MP Sony camera sensor and a fingerprint sensor. According to PCMag's Editor-in-Chief, Nexus 5X "is designed for a very specific audience: Nexus 5 lovers." However, he advised that it is better to avoid the 16GB variant "because, like the iPhone 6s, the Nexus 5X can shoot 4K video, which will fill up that 16GB mighty fast."

Experts say that $349 is a reasonable price point for Nexus 5X and should have been the launching price, though most people should go for 32GB variant. This handset shares a lot of its design specs with 6P, which is bigger and slightly pricier. While the former may be a step below 6P, in terms of speed and size, but it is still the more affordable choice if you want to enjoy the new Android 6.0. The new discounted price will give the users a chance to explore this handset without any judgments, reports 9to5 Google
