Hitman Model Changed Again Before Release
Hitman was scheduled to release by late 2015 which was rescheduled to debut in December with an introductory pack containing several location and other content to be delivered from time to time. However, before it could be released, it was announced that it will now come out in March 2016. The game developers, IO, tried to explain the reason a few times but now the company says that are working on a completely new release model. Apparently, as per the latest update, Hitman will now be releasing on not only on the consoles but also the PCs on 11th March 2016, as the first series of the episodic content. On this day, the players will be able to gain access to the Prologue and Paris areas. Other locations in the game will be revealed throughout 2016 taking the players from Italy in April to Morocco in May and then adventures un Thailand, USA and Japan, as reported by Irish Examiner
Due to the change in model, the pricing of the game has changed too. The intro pack will be available for $15 and every pack thereafter will cost additional $10. You can buy one episode at a time or just buy the whole game for £60. It appears like the game developers couldn't complete the content in their stipulated time to deliver the game on the intended deploy date. So instead of delaying the game any further, it decided to break it into parts and make it look episodic instead, says Push Square
With the new Hitman, the game is looking to return to the gameplay it originally started with but tried to move away with their 2012 game, Hitman Absolution. The players will be able to enjoy massive open environments, several objectives and also different methods of approach. The fans are hoping to return to the good ol' days of Hitman: Blood Money, International Business Times reports
