According to a leaked video recently, there is a phone that looks very similar to iPhone 6s but has a smaller frame. It has been touted as the iPhone 6s Mini, however, it can have a totally different name upon release. It is unlikely that the device will be called 6c, considering that 5c did not get a lot of traction and was phased out within a year of its launch. The 6c Mini doesn't look like it'll have the plastic design that 5c had, that didn't appeal to the customers all that much, as reported by Tech Crunch

As per M.I.C. Gadget, the device that is leaked through the video is a Foxconn demo unit, meaning, this is not something you should expect to see in the coming few weeks. For now, it is hard to speculate if the device will have a 4-inch display screen but it does look smaller than the iPhone 6s. There is also a possibility of a Touch ID home button with other iPhone usual buttons on the panel. It is not known if the iPhone 6s Mini will have an A8 chip or A9. According to most insider reports, it is unlikely that 6c Mini will have the latest 3D Touch support, says Tech Crunch

iPhone is the star product for Apple and represents 62.5% of Apple's revenue. The company must do everything it can to bolster iPhone sales in order to swell profits. Brand new iPhone 6c Mini makes absolute sense and it also help if the updated design is like the iPhone 6s. As per the latest rumors, the new iPhone 6c is expected to release in March at a launch event and will be available for sale from April 2016, says MacWorld
