The ZTE Avid Plus sports a 5.0 inch IPS LCD capacitive touch screen display with a screen resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and 196 ppi screen density. The phone has dimensions measuring 144.8 x 72.9 x 10.9mm and weighing approximately 164.4 grams, along with a multi touch feature, and Asahi Dragon tail Glass for added protection.

 On the media front of the phone, the ZTE Avid Plus features a 5 mega pixels primary camera with LED flash, auto focus, geo tagging and a 2 mega pixels secondary camera, and comes with an internal storage capacity of 8 GB, which could be further expanded up to 32 GB via a microSD card.

The ZTE Avid Plus operates on the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop platform and is equipped with a quad core 1.1 GHz Cortex A7 processor, a Aderno 304 GPU, along with a Qualcom MSM8909 Snapdragon 210 chipset and a 1 GB of RAM.

The ZTE Avid Plus offers Wi Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, dual SIM, dual standby, USB OTG and FM Radio, connectivity options

The ZTE Avid Plus is powered by a removable Li Ion 2,300 mAh battery, which facilitates a stand by time of up to 350 hours and a talk time of up to 8 hours.

The ZTE Avid Plus is expected to hit the market during 2016, and would be available in black color.
