Microsoft launched newer versions of its Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 convertible laptops with an addition of not just the best configuration the company has ever given but also 1TB storage space. "We're excited to announce that the most powerful versions yet of Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 are now on sale in the United States and Canada. These products feature 1TB of storage with 6th Generation Intel Core i7 processors and 16GB of RAM for the ultimate in performance and versatility," reads Microsoft's blog post.

The device's pre-orders started in October but the fans can now also purchase 1TB strong Surface book from Microsoft's online store. Priced at a hefty sum of $3,199, you can either buy this laptop from select retailers or directly from Microsoft stores. The updated version of Surface Pro 4 will be available for $2,699 and can be bought online as well, says PC Mag

Not only will you see newer configurations on your laptop, Microsoft will also launch a brand-new Surface Pen. While the hardware is not much different, but Microsoft seemed to have borrowed some of its design from that of Apple Pencil and colored it in golden shade. "The new gold Surface Pen makes a bold statement as a colorful complement to your Surface that's also a powerful tool for both creativity and productivity. When used with your Surface Book or Surface Pro 4, it offers 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity for the ultimate writing and drawing experience," Redmond said. "The gold Surface Pen also includes the Surface Pen Tip Kit so you can further customize the experience of taking notes or drawing on your Surface." It is important to note that the price of the golden pen is same as the cost of pens available in other colors, says PC Mag
