Tetrahedron Super Yacht Can Fly Over Water
London-based architect Jonathan Schwinge has designed an exciting, pyramid-shaped yacht called the Tetrahedron Super Yacht, which can eliminate seasickness as it flies over the water!
Now that would be a millionaire's dream---for a while at least.
Having four faces and six edges, according to Forbes, the yacht seems to be flying over water at high speeds, due to a special hull called the Hydrofoil Small Waterplane Area Ship or HYSWAS.
However, the yacht's costs are not out yet.
The yacht has a vertical strut on a "single submerged torpedo hull". It has a special design with the idea of enabling smooth travel at high speeds in order to eliminate seasickness.
The take-off speed for the yacht is 15 knots, even as the high-speed ship travel is at 38 knots.
The boat has other attractive features with space for six passengers and four crew members, sun decks, an outdoor dining area, water toys and finally "retractable stairs leading to the water", reported the Daily Mail.
"The design is instigated by the rethinking of the form, superstructure and propulsion of the modern superyacht into a radically simple enclosure and an elevated mode of travel above the water line," said Schwinge.
