Television mogul Oprah Winfrey has credited Weight Watchers for her weight loss in the past few months. However, sticking to the program can be a little tricky for some. That is why Winfrey has shared her secret for keeping up with her regimen: a weight loss buddy.

Oprah Winfrey Weight Loss Regimen: Weight Watchers Buddy

Winfrey, Weight Watchers ambassador, and popular television host has revealed that having a weight loss buddy keeps her in shape. Her weight loss buddy also happens to be her beau, Stedman Graham, ABC News reported. Winfrey was reportedly in a call with other Weight Watchers members on "Good Morning America" in which she told them about Graham.

"He kept asking me what every point was, and I said, 'Why don't you just join?'" Winfrey explained. "For me, it's so much better when other people are also counting points."

Winfrey's partner joined Weight Watchers when he frequently asked her what the point system is about. Winfrey and Graham ultimately became Weight Watchers buddy to rely on each other to dp their weight loss program every day when the latter joined on board.

Weight Watchers 'Better Together' Campaign

Incidentally, Winfrey and Graham will also be launching Weight Watchers' newest campaign called Better Together. The plan is aimed to have Weight Watchers members to be in a partnership with another member or with their partners, family or friends. This will encourage current and new members to stick to their weight loss and diet regimen as they will hold each other accountable in the duration of the program.

According to the Weight Watchers website, non-members with partners who are in the program can be referred. In turn, those who signed up with a Weight Watchers subscription program will have credit, monthly prizes and a chance to win the grand prize.
