Following Robert Pattinson's alleged breakup with FKA Twigs, rumors are in the air that the "Twilight" actor is now reuniting on screen with Kristen Stewart for a new movie.

Bella and Edward Cullen might rejoin in the big screen once more now according to Patrick Wachsberger, co - chairman of Lionsgate Motion Picture Group. Wachsberger recently discussed the possibility of filming a new installation of the famous "Twilight" Saga, reported International Business Times.

In an interview with Screen Daily, Wachsberger mentioned that the actors might reunite onscreen if the opportunity arises.

"It's a possibility. Not a certainty but it's a possibility. It's about Stephenie [novelist Stephenie Meyer]. If she wants to tell a story related to those characters we're here for her." he said, sparking hopes of fans of "Twilight".

He also mentioned that for the previous filming of the movie, Pattinson was called just three weeks before the filming started. An assistant from his crew suggested Pattinson after he saw Pattinson's performance as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter.

Waschberger also mentioned that Pattinson worked in the first movie at a low salary. However, after the movie became successful, the clauses were revised to provide the actor his due.

Thus, with the Lionsgate facing a strategic shift following its $4.4bn deal to acquire premium TV company Starz, that fluidity could foster new opportunities. Thus, fans are hopeful that they might be able to see Pattinson and Stewart on-screen soon.
