Sam Heughan, Caitriona Balfe dating rumors are stronger than ever. According to ChattSportsNet Heughan and Balfe are causing major delays in the filming of Outlander season 3. Eyewitness claim that the alleged couple go off on their own for 'long' breaks. While on location, the two were spotted as they slipped away to have some alone time. The pair has been very close since the start of the upcoming series.

It seems that the stars' chemistry is undeniable on and off screen. They tried their best to keep their relationship purely professional from the start. But it seems it's getting harder and harder to do that especially since the solid fan base is steadily growing. Besides, it's hard not to notice what's going on in between takes when too much attraction takes place. This, as reported by CelebDirtyLaundry.

Indeed, actions speak louder than words and we can't blame them if they changed their minds since Balfe told E!,"It's funny. We've always said from the get-go that we're incredibly great friends. And to have that friendship and that closeness and to be able to get along as we do on set, it's great that we're able to get along that well. We're not together. I'm sorry to break people's hearts. They like to try to maybe replicate the Claire and Jamie story. But I think it would be difficult for us to work together and be together."

Scotland Tourist Numbers Up Thanks to Outlander

Meanwhile, Outlander book author Diana Gabaldon was delighted when she found out that Scottish tourism is on the rise thanks to Outlander's success. Scottish Daily Record said that fans of the series have been visiting Scotland to see the sites that were featured. But that's no surprise really, as Scotland is such a beautiful country. Gabaldon is ecstatic knowing that her stories had a great impact in a country that she's never even set foot in.

Anyway, true or not, it's good to know the show and it's cast are making people happy; Heughan and Balfe their fans, and Outlander, Scotland for boosting tourism. Either way, it's a reason to celebrate.
