After Johnny Depp and Amber Heard split five months ago, rumors have surfaced that the 'Rum Diaries' actor could be getting back with his ex-wife, Vanessa Paradis.

Tabloids have been pairing the former lovebirds after Depp's emotionally draining divorce battle with Heard. Accusations were thrown by Heard saying that the actor physically abused her. She had even released photos of herself that featured her beaten face that Depp supposedly had done. However, fans of Depp were far from convinced labeling Heard instead, a gold digger. Depp, on the other hand, said that Heard was allegedly cheating on him.

In the end, the two resolved their stormy battle with their divorce proceeding privately. They released a joint statement saying, "Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love." Heard received $7 million as divorce settlement from the $400 million net worth of Depp.

Ever since Depp and Heard's public divorce, rumors have been circulating that Depp might get back with his former wife, Paradis. The two had been married from 1988 to 2012 and they have two children together. Their daughter Lily Rose is 17-years-old and their son John Christopher Dave is 14-years-old.

Many believe that it is only logical for Depp to get back to Paradis after the couple had called quits in 2012. Paradis also appeared to have a soft spot left for her former husband as she backed her him in a restraining order against Heard. It was revealed that the French actress and model took the stand in August at a hearing to determine whether Heard will be issued a permanent restraining order against Depp.

Paradis was recently seen in California with her two kids which sent the rumor mill running that she and Depp might be getting back together after all. However, as reported by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, chances of the former lovebirds getting back is highly unlikely considering what the couple has faced together in the past. Their relationship stands strong only for their lovely children.
