Fans went into a frenzy after they discovered that 'Our Girl' actor Luke Pasqualino unfollowed the 'Little Mix' singer Perrie Edwards on Instagram. The two had been dating each other only a few months back.

Fans spotted Pasqualino unfollow Edwards with one writing: "luke. unfollowed. perrie. on. instagram," which had everyone guessing instantly that the star lovers had decided to end their brief relationship.

After much speculations over the said incident on Instagram, Daily Mail confirmed today that the couple indeed were no longer together. The report mentioned that Edwards ended things with Pasqualino after finding there was "no spark" between them. Pasqualino might have unfollowed her on Instagram right after, as a sign of closure to their relationship.

According to reports, the romance between the couple was "nothing serious" and that Edwards is just too busy to love right now.

An unnamed source told Daily Mail, "In order to commit to someone at this busy time- she'd have to be really into them."

"It's a big commitment to date someone while you're constantly on the road - it's hard - and Perrie just wasn't really feeling things with Luke."

However, rumors had already been circulating much ahead that Pasqualino wasn't keen on Edwards. Sources previously had told Mirror that Pasqualino wasn't taking their romance very seriously and he had been telling a close friend that he was still hooking up with another girl while he was seeing Edwards.

The news of split comes as a shocker especially for fans of the two, who were rooting for the couple. In fact, just a couple of weeks ago, the pair had been spotted kissing in a secluded corner at Edward's bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock's birthday bash.

On being asked about their relationship, Edwards had previously said, "We've been on a few fun dates, which is nice. It's very early days. It's early days, but yeah, he's really lovely."
