In a recent post on Twitter, the show's official account hinted on its latest renewal, cancellation status. Since the beginning of show's screening on Netflix, it has been popular in social media. This is perhaps why the creators of "Longmire" is thinking to bring back the next season on Netflix.

As Huffington Post noted in its report, "Longmire" Season 5 shows that the storyline are still enticing the audience to keep watching the show. Many fans are wondering whether there is romance in the picture for Vic and Walt and what will happen to Henry Standing Bear next season.

Notably, "Longmire" was cancelled previously when it was in its third season and was premiering on A & E. However, Netflix decided to step in and pick up from season 4 saving the fans from heartbreak. Ever since, the popular American drama series has not seen a glitch in its airing until now. Fans, thus have been grateful to Netflix for saving the show from its death.
