Nexus 7 will definitely be launched by the end of 2016. This device was displayed by Google on July 24 in its event at San Francisco, California. Nexus 7 shall be upgraded to Andromeda OS.

This 7-inch tablet shall be manufactured by Huawei and speculations are still triggering as the releasing date is nearing.

Andromeda is a combination of Android and Chrome OS. Fans are excited by such rumors as they want Nexus 7 to be perfect. It is believed that from now on Google will implement the Andromeda OS in all its devices. They have already begun this with Nexus 7 as per speculations.

Such Operating System is capable of enhancing the tablet with desktop capabilities. Hence there shall be an improvement in the device's programs and multitasking features. This tablet will have AMOLED display run by Snapdragon 820 and Adreno 530. Nexus 7 will have a storage capacity of 64 GB apart from 4 GB RAM.

 The device is equipped with 13-megapixel rear cameras and the battery capacity is 5100 mAH. It is also believed that this tablet will possess USB Type-C port which is compatible for data transfers and battery charging.

Google re-branded the Nexus phones into Pixel and Pixel XL. Maybe the Nexus 7 is also renamed by Google and it may be termed Pixel 7 after it debuts in the market.

Google has not yet confirmed whether it is going to rebrand the new tablet on the other hand Huawei has confirmed that it will make a Nexus device for 2016 and it is believed that HTC is going to make both the Nexus phones.

Recently Google removed the HTC made Nexus-9 from its online store and Google has not provided any solid reason for this.

All these are speculations. Not even a single image has been leaked for Nexus 7. The only alternative is to wait and watch till the device is finally available in the stores.
