Tokyo will get bigger and better coming January. Nintendo has announced a 'Nintendo Switch Presentation' on the January 13th, 2017. For all people from the U.S., it will be on 12 January 2017.

You can buffer the same presentation live from anywhere around the world. Nintendo will announce multiple pieces of valuable information. Some of the key points expected in this presentation are price, release date and the initial lineup of the games.

The people attending the presentation will include media, analysts and trade partners. The time of the release is from March 2017. Some light will also scatter on what games you will play when you lay your hands on it on the launch date. Last week Nintendo announced all this information to the public.

The Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch is a hybrid console. You can game at home and at any point in time. One or two players can use it simultaneously. You can also network with other switches. You can also dock it to allow your play on your TV while using a separate controller.

During March 2017, Nintendo will ship around two million switch units. They believe the Nintendo Switch will not sell at any losses, unlike some other consoles. One cannot be too sure of which console Nintendo was referring to, but this was not the first time they made this comment.

The U.S. and U.K. are luckier than the rest. Selected media will get"hands on" events along with the presentation to try and test the new set of games that will come coming out along with the console.

If public gets lucky enough, they will get to try it with the media as well. Other regions may also get announced later along with the first territories they are expected to test across. The time or place is not disclosed yet for the same, but we can expect that to come out in January as well.

Timings

The company did not announce the exact timing of the event. It is usually told in Nintendo Live streams, and it will go the same way this time around as well. 

Nintendo was to reveal the NX Console this week, and they did exactly that by releasing the trailer of the Nintendo Switch.

The Expectations

After multiple accolades to their name, Nintendo seems to have secured a very well defined spot for them in the gaming console world.

Even though the Pokémon fever is almost gone, they created quite a stir in the industry with their not-so-long-lasting game. The audience eagerly awaits their next big reveal, The Nintendo Switch.

The players will be more than happy to know that they can play the same title, whenever and wherever and however many times they would like to.
