It is believed that sixty percent of global internet advertising dollars will arrive from mobile advertising till 2018.

The expenditure on mobile advertising till 2018 will be more than $134 billion and this amount is more than what will be spent on the magazine, cinema, newspaper, and outdoor advertising altogether.

The current mobile advertising expenditure is expected to be $71 billion. Hence more Ad dollars are shifting to digital realm from television. All the brands are now rushing towards Google, snap chat and Face book for the sake of marketing their products.

In other words, companies are using the social media to reach the customers. In the past four years, internet use on mobile has increased from 40% to 70%.

This is all because of the newest technologies where people are able to access everything through the smart phones and android phones.

Because of the instant rise in mobile data consumption including video, the telecommunication companies are thinking to marry content along with digital distribution.

These companies have a perception that they can easily entice the viewers towards online video and other content which is transmitted through their internet and wireless networks. On the other hand, they are able to attract the advertisers to grow their Ad revenue.

Many big brands are thinking of investing in internet companies like yahoo. This may lead to open and inclusive internet governance.
