‘Injustice 2’ Release Date, Spoilers; More Features, Heroes, Villains, Battle-Gears; Available In 2017
The "Injustice" 2 will definitely be released in 2017 following last year's mega-hit the "Mortal Kombat X". This time, the game developers in the NetherRealm Studios will give players more features with additional DC characters and enhanced customizing tools.
For sure, fans can expect that the sequel to "Injustice: Gods Among Us" 1 will feature a more darker and sinister world.
The new game will give players more control in customizing their game, altering appearance and fighting skills through the collection of various battle gears. Fans will welcome the added features, knowing that strategy and wit are crucial in winning a fight.
Some fans are wary that the added weaponry in "Injustice" 2 will make for an unequal battlefield. NetherRealm Studios Creative Director Ed Boon claims that the add-loot-add-gear system is in place to make the game more intense than its predecessor. There is also an option to disable the system.
"Injustice" 2 will add more playable heroes and villains from the DC comic stories. The newest addition in the roster now includes Wonder Woman and Blue Beetle.
On the official website of the NetherRealm Studios, the new game is described as having more improved features and story lines than the first one. If it is anything like the 10th installment of Mortal Kombat, then fans will be clamoring to play and compete with one another.
In other news, Boon also added that a mobile app for iOs and Android as well as a game for PC are currently in the developmental stage, according to an IGN report.
The "Injustice" 2 is set to be in the market by Dec. 31, 2017. The standard edition is now available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game can be pre-ordered at the price of $59.99.
To date, the game developers really exceeded all expectations with the release of Mortal Kombat X in 2015. Fans can only hope that the new game in 2017 will be at par with last year's or surpass it in terms of player satisfaction and patronage.
