Fans of 'Young Justice' have to have a little more patience to see their favorite anime series come back for Season 3. Rumour has it that Netflix is still considering whether to commit to the production of Season 3 of 'Young Justice' or not.

Since Netflix started airing 'Young Justice,' fans have been expectantly waiting for Season 3, getting past many rumors of cancellation of the series. However, a recent report by FX News Call suggests that the series could still be in for a renewal for its third installment if its viewership numbers on Netflix will increase to 300,000 every month. It remains to be seen if the desired number of viewership can get 'Young Justice' up and running for its third installment.

Previously, it had been rumored that Netflix was in final talks to commit to the production of 'Young Justice' Season 3. After weeks of studying the streaming numbers of the first two seasons of the animated show, the executive producers were pleased to find how passionate the fans of the show were which might lead to a confirmed decision on ordering a third season to 'Young Justice.'

Creator of the series, Greg Weisman had also previously announced that he was contacted by Netflix and Warner Bros. for the development of a possible third season of 'Young Justice.' He even had advised fans to watch the first two seasons of the show on Netflix and to also buy DVDs digital comics from Comixology. These factors, according to Weisman could help launch Season 3 of 'Young Justice,'Movie Pilot reported.

Word on the street is if renewed, in Season 3, fans can expect to see new characters join in 'Young Justice.' These new characters are said to be derived from 'Teen Titans' roster, namely Raven, Starfire and Cyborg,Parent Herald reported. It is also said that Season 3 could also mark the death of it's immortal character, Jason Todd.
