'The Blacklist' Season 4 upcoming Episode 7 is the first part of a special installment titled, 'Dr. Adrian Shaw.' In the said episode, Alexander Kirk's (Ulrich Thomsen) health is expected to get worse, in fact critical, which means Liz (Megan Boone) may not be able to get answers that she needs to know.

A promo released of Season 4 Episode 7 of 'The Blacklist' confers to the speculation as Liz is shown voicing her fear that, "the answers I'm looking for are going to die with him."

According to Christian Times, Kirk's time has not come yet and will certainly not arrive in Episode 7. In fact, according to them, Kirk will very much be part of the conclusion of two-parter, which will be told in Episode 8 of 'The Blacklist.' It is said that Liz will realize that Kirk has "become increasingly desperate and dangerous," and that his persistence will lead to dire consequences.

However, appropriately titled, the next Episode 7 will have major involvement of Dr. Adrian Shaw, whom Red (James Spader) will look for in the said episode.

In the released promo of Episode 7, Kirk is shown asking Liz to leave the hospital as well-armed and armored men enter the hospital premise. It remains a mystery to see what Red has in mind to do with Kirk, with these certain turn of events thrown in the promo. However, fans are hopeful that Liz will be close to learning the truth about who she really is.

Spoilers also indicate that Liz will be consulting and taking guidance of Harold Cooper to make her decision in choosing between Kirk and Red. The promo released of Episode 7 Season 4 of 'The Blacklist' features Liz and Harold in the hospital, who supposedly must have come on a hospital visit to check on Kirk.
