From inside this device may have a better and faster processor. Apple may opt to include an AMD GPU giving its iMac an advantage over the MacBook Pro. All this information is based on rumors and the final word shall be delivered by Apple itself.

In the last week's event, Apple simply announced the drop in prices on higher capacity storage upgrades in its Mac lineup.

The entry level 27 inch iMac has been upgraded to 512 GB of flash storage previously costing $500. Now its price has been dropped to $4oo. The mid-range iMac 27 inch which has been upgraded to 512 GB or 1 TB of storage was earlier costing $400 or $900. Now the prices are $3oo for 512 GB and $700 for 1TB.
