Google Daydream VR Headsets To Hit Stores Next Week.

Google reported that they will reveal an amazing VR headset that offers plenty of features and services. This was a month before. Product Management for Google VR today announced that the Daydream will hit the market next week.


The device is a smartphone friendly Headset that runs on Google's Daydream platform that is unified with Nougat. So you need to have a Daydream ready smartphone or a Pixel phone. The Targeted Light weight fabric offers comfort for Virtual reality and is also washable. Paired with a simple and smart controller, Google's Daydream is assured to bring easy operation for people who not so technically savvy. The Controller is a small remote made out of plastic that fits inside the headset while not in use.


The first batch of Google's Daydream Headsets is rumored to arrive only in Slate (gray) color. Snow (white) and Crimson (red) color will supposedly arrive by the end of this year.

A wide range of VR games comes along with it. A few of them are Wonderglade by Resolution games, Hunters gate from Climax studios, Danger Goat from N Dreams, and the first VR Need For Speed game from Electronic arts that offers a driver's perspective. These games are only compatible in Daydream.


Other applications for Daydream Includes YouTube VR, Google Play Movies, Hulu's Library as Hulu VR,  New York Times News Vr, The Wall Street journal VR, The Guardian VR and a special Vr experience of the Upcoming Movie "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them". 

Google's Daydream VR is set to hit the shelves on Nov 10th. The Headset is available for pre-ordering at Google store at the moment. In the U.S it will cost you $79 from a Best Buy or a Verizon store. The headset will also be available in countries like U.K, Germany, Canada and Australia. Start saving some money, this beauty is reaching the stores within a week.
