Microsoft Surface Phone To Hit Market In 2017

The next generation Surface Phone that Microsoft is developing these days is expected for the mass market. Most likely this phone shall be in the market next year. As per reports three different phones shall be launched by Microsoft from the Surface Phone lineup.

In January it was noticed that Microsoft had registered a SurfacePhone.com domain name. All the information about the launch of these Smartphones in 2017 is based on this domain registration.

This time Microsoft is opting for something else as there was a failure of the Windows Phones. In fact, Microsoft has established the Surface brand name and will definitely bring a host of specs and features in the Surface phones.

The basic version of Surface Phone will have 4GB of RAM; on the other hand, the premium version will be having 8GB of RAM. As per rumors the Surface Pro might have USB port, liquid cooling tech, 5.5-inch display and Intel's Kaby Lake processor.

People are speculating about the features of  Surface Pro 2017 saying that this phone will have barometer and  fingerprint scanner,  20MP Carl Zeiss primary camera, proximity sensor and compass.

The fingerprint scanner of this Surface phone might be embedded on the display. In fact, Microsoft is looking forward to incorporating Windows 10 platform Via the Surface phone. The phone is strictly designed for business if we listen to the experts.

As far as the delay in the launch of this Smartphone is concerned no clues are available. There are speculations that Microsoft is waiting for KBY Lake chipset. Initially, Microsoft is silent on providing information on this matter.

According to rumors the new Surface phone by Microsoft will run on both iOS and Android apps on windows 10. This will happen through the minimal coding termed as Bridge Solution.
