Looks like Niantic labs is getting ready for 2nd generation release of the most popular and exciting game Pokémon, called Pokémon GO. The game generated a lot of interest among youth and drawn a record game downloads on all mobile platforms. Latest news circulated inside the inner circles is that Pokémon GO will contain 100 new Pokémon index from 152 to 251 in the Pokedex.

The big breaking news, however, the fan's most followed website pokemongohub disclosed that "Generation II discovered in the new 0.450 Metadata dump!" This discovery reveals 100 new Pokémon - Chikorita, Bayleef, Meganium, Cyndaquil & etc. This metadata also contains families on Pokémon Generation II. It has further revealed new Pokémon 52 families names-Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Sentret & etc.

Besides, new Pokémon will have one additional move called "Transform" for the Ditto. Therefore, the new Pokémon contains Ditto, Ho-Oh, Lugia apart from the 3 legendary Pokémon and 100 new Pokémon.

As per Rankedboost, players will get the 3 Legendary birds-Articuno, Zapdos & Moltres depending on which team the player chose to bet with. For example, if you are Valor team, then you may get Legendary bird Moltres. If you chose Team Instinct, then you may get Zapdos. Subsequently, they will get most awaited Mew, & Mewtwo of the Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon GO. 

According to Cnet, the game has generated more than 500 million downloads within two months of launch in July 2016, stunning the world community. This was a shot in the arm for the Niantic. Although there is no official announcement on the Pokemon Gen II update, the rumors are rife that it can be released anytime within this year. Since, the new codes are ready and supposed to be under testing, the fans are eagerly waiting for an update anytime sooner than anticipated before.
