Amidst challenges that the Brown family faced this year, it seems that Alaskan Bush People Season 6 will indeed push through. Discovery Channel has already released some new episodes as part of the Bushcraft Chronicles and started airing last week. So there's a big possibility that they're already gearing up for the upcoming season.    

The show's official Twitter account got people speculating that Bill, his wife Ami and their seven children could already be shooting season 6. They've been asking fans to throw questions at the cast which they would then answer via videos.        

Home For The Winter

Meanwhile, their trailer video last week showed the Brown family preparing their home for winter. They were okay building the foundation and the walls but when morning came, snow was everywhere and the house didn't even have a roof yet. The next Bushcraft Chronicles is entitled Shelters and is expected to air on Discovery Channel this Wednesday, November 16 at 9 p.m.

Matt's Trouble With Alcohol

Looks like the family has dealt with more trouble than expected this year. In season 4 Matt was nowhere in sight because he was sent to rehab. The 33-year old said that it was a voluntary decision and no one forced him into doing that. He saw himself going a different direction and he wanted to do something to stop it before his alcohol abuse got worse. 35 days in rehab but he was not diagnosed as an alcoholic. However, he confirmed that he was relying on the substance far too much, as per Morning Ledger.

Despite these problems, the show has reportedly gone on filming episodes for season 6. The show follows the life of the Brown family who has supposedly lived a life of isolation for the past three decades. They live amongst themselves and don't see other people for months, even up to a year. There are rumors that this is all for show and everything about Alaskan Bush People are fake, as noted by Parent Herald. Nonetheless, if people are watching, Discovery Channel may continue airing. Regardless if it's true or not.
