Taylor Swift’s Alleged Sexual Assault Photo Leaked Online
Taylor Swift's alleged sexual assault photo has been leaked online on Nov. 12, despite being under court seal. The "extremely personal and sensitive" photo has been submitted as evidence in an alleged sexual assault lawsuit against Colorado's 98.5 KYGO's former radio DJ David Mueller.
Earlier this month, TMZ obtained legal documents filed by Swift against Mueller, who allegedly groped the pop star at a 2013 fan meet-and-greet concert. The site has now published a photo, apparently showing the incident playing out. According to the publication, the songstress had requested a judge to order the photo to be sealed. The judge granted her the right to seal the photo in evidence from public viewing until the case went to trial.
As per the legal documents, Swift said, "Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my a** cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there."
Swift added in the deposition that she felt 'violated' in a way she had never experienced before. She reflected that a meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you're thanking people for coming, to be welcoming people home and for someone to violate the hospitality in that manner completely stunned her.
Mueller was fired two days after Radio Station KYGO-FM was presented with the evidence of the alleged incident, according to International Business Times. However, he has maintained his innocence on the alleged incident. He even claimed further that it was not him but that one of his superiors at the station who committed the assault on Swift.
In 2015, Mueller sued Swift after he was fired for the incident from the radio station. The pop singer in return counter-sued Mueller claiming that the alleged incident had really happened.
