Holiday Deals: Microsoft Gold Lineup Free Games For Xbox 360 And Xbox One

On December 21, the Xbox One games with Gold Lineup for January 2017 has been confirmed by Microsoft. The world's largest multinational software maker revealed the list of the first freebies titles of the New Year. Consumers will get four free games which are two on Xbox 360 and other two on Xbox One.

January 2017 will be pretty good for Xbox One Backwards Compatibility lineup. Xbox executive head Phil Spencer disclosed some games titles with the high hopes that the program will bring more gamers who didn't get a chance to play on Xbox 360.

On Xbox One, World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap will be downloaded for free which normally priced at $19.99. This tower defense game together with the fighting game, Killer Instinct Season 2 Ultra Edition, will be free for Live Gold members from January 16 to February 15.

In the intervening time, Xbox 360 will offer the adventure games for free download. These games are The Cave and Rayman Origins. The Cave generally priced at $14.99 and Rayman Origins usually cost $15. The Cave will be available for free from January 1 to January 15, while the adventure game Rayman Origins will be from January 16 to January 31.

The good thing is Xbox 360 games with Gold Lineup will also be played on Xbox One via the console's backward compatibility feature. In addition to the holiday treats, Games with Gold will set back the Xbox Live Gold subscription to $10 a month or $60 annually. Besides the free games, the consumers will get multiplayer capabilities and various premium discounts in Xbox stores.

Meanwhile, video games Outlast and Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition on Xbox One and Burnout Paradise on Xbox 360 will be available for free download as a part of the holiday deals for Games with Gold Lineup. These games will be Microsoft best games for a genuine punch to their loyal subscribers.
