Microsoft Xbox 2 Project Scorpio Powerful Feature Unveiled
Microsoft Xbox 2 Project Scorpio will be released next year, 2017. The new gaming console was revealed at Microsoft's E3 2016 keynote session. The device is expected to be the company's most powerful console than the PlayStation 4 Pro.
The head of the gaming department at Xbox Phil Spencer confirmed that the gaming console has five powerful features. It has six Teraflops of graphical processing power, true 4K gaming and, eight CPU cores with 320 GB/s memory bandwidth which is compatible with Xbox One games and accessories.
The five features for Xbox 2 Project Scorpio are 4k games compatibility, VR compatibility, powerful Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), Xbox One content compatibility, and console-quality cost. The technology giant is dominating the supremacy of the console's quality. The console is supporting 4K gaming along with full Windows 10 integration with Xbox One titles and as well as the Xbox 360.
The upcoming console will have 6 teraflops of power and a transfer speed of 320 GB per seconds. The graphics card will be from Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Vega and it has massive amounts of power to stand the 50 percent horsepower. It will run through a 6 TFLOPs (trillion floating point operations per second) of power.
Consumers knew that the Scorpio will be priced higher than the Xbox One S which is $299.99. Some gamers taught that the high-end consumer was a phrase that relates to the upper rank of gamers. Microsoft Xbox 2 Project Scorpio will have the seamless software. Xbox Scorpio Games will not have a platform exclusive for the upgraded console. This is a console made for VR.
Project Scorpio aimed to compete with Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro. Michael Pachter of the Wedbush Securities believed that Project Scorpio price will range between $399 - $500. Pachter said that the powerful console game will be any higher to contend with the PlayStation 4 Pro.
