Nissan's Rogue joined the Toyota RAV4's Hybrid S.U.V. club and they are expected to arrive before the New Year's Eve or early in January. A car is a must have these days, ten years ago not a lot of people could afford a car, but now with gasoline cheaper than a bottle of water every household has at least one.

Compact sports utes are very popular these days, according to The New York Times. Rogue and Toyota's RAV 4 run with a gas or electric powertrain while Ford hasn't made a hybrid escape in years and Subaru rejected the version of XV Crosstrek. Nissan Rogue will be better than RAV 4 Hybrid with 31 miles per gallon in the city and 34 on the highway averaging 33 m.p.g. it is only 6 m.p.g. better than a standard Rogue. Nissan's hybrid system has 2-liter 4-cylinder engine paired with 30kW electric motor for 176 total horsepower with unique two clutches, one gas between the gas engine and electric motor. Nissan Rogue can drive around the neighborhood under purely electrical power for two minutes under 25 miles per hour. The technology for Nissan Rogue costs $2.800 and it is definitely worth it, in this price those who decide to buy this car will get a panoramic glass roof also.

For 2017, Nissan added a hybrid version of their most selling car, Car And Driver reported. It has three option packages Premium, Platinum and Platinum Reserve which includes the safety technology like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and prevention, automatic brakes and pedestrian detection. Those who can afford this model for additional $3040 can get 19-inch aluminum wheels, panoramic sunroof and leather interior. This model is supposed to be on the sale by the end of 2016.

According to Forbes, Rogue Hybrid feels identical to standard combustion sibling in terms of dynamic driving. This model is not really sporty but it will give the owner opportunity to enjoy every ride. It shifts smoothly, the handling is not the issue and the extra 200 pounds are not noticeable either.
