The time has come for Ragnar Lothbrok to face his long-overdue destiny in "Vikings" Season 4 Episode 15. Fans are already expecting Ragnar to be given up to King Aelle of Northumbria, who vows to kill him in revenge. But does this mean Ragnar will finally die in "All His Angels"?

The death of Ragnar Lothbrok couldn't be considered a major spoiler for "Vikings" Season 4 Episode 15. After all, the Nordic legends have long revealed how Ragnar met his end. However, there are speculations that the former King of Kattegat will survive at least a few more episodes after "All His Angels". No one has really confirmed these allegations, so best to take this with a grain of salt. 

In "Vikings" Season 4 Episode 14, Ragnar Lothbrok told King Ecbert to give him up to King Aelle (via Entertainment Weekly). Although the ruler of Wessex (and Mercia) was initially unwilling to surrender Ragnar to Northumbria knowing what will happen, the promo for "All His Angels" seem to confirm that he was convinced.

It certainly looks like King Aelle is not taking any chances with his new prisoner in "All His Angels" and some are already fearful that Ragnar Lothbrok will immediately be thrown into his death. Nevertheless, fans are still hopeful that Travis Fimmel's character will not die right away in "Vikings" Season 4 Episode 15. "All His Angels" is set to be the last episode of "Vikings" Season 4 for the year, and that fact has led to some speculations about Ragnar Lothbrok's fate.

Although most fans believe that Ragnar will finally get killed by King Aelle in "Vikings" Season 4 Episode 15, there are a few hopefuls that expect the former king will survive (via Youtube). Is Ragnar Lothbrok destined to meet his end in "All His Angels"? His deadly fate might finally be revealed in "Vikings" Season 4 Episode 15, which airs on History on December 28.
