Khloe Kardashian Weight Loss: Host Talks 2016 Accomplishments; Trainer Lacey Stone Shares Routine to Get Your Own 'Revenge Body'
There's only a little less than two weeks before "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Khloe Kardashian launches yet another reality series. This New Year, fans of Kardashian will get to see her host a show called "Revenge Body," which sees participants get back in shape and transform in front of the camera. The shows was brought about Kardashian's own weight loss journey, which was well-publicized on social media and various media outlets over the past year and a half.
"Revenge Body" isnt' the only thing that will keep Kardashian busy this coming 2017, however. The 32-year old host and entrepreneur is also busy spearheading her denim line called Good American, which she constantly posts about on her social media channels. Kardashian recently opened up about her life's journey so far following her divorce from Lamar Odom, which finally pushed through this year.
According to ET Online, Kardashian took to her blog to share her thoughts on the past year and talks 2016 accomplishments. She wrote, "Not everything is an f-ing race -- it's the marathon of life! I think it's so important to acknowledge the evolution." She admitted that it took time for her to get where she is now--several pounds slimmer, healthier, and in a better place in life.
Speaking of healthier, Kardashian is taking to her new reality TV series "Revenge Body" to help motivate people to live better lifestyles. The show is premiering on January 12, 2017, just in time for those who want to get on the New Year's resolution bandwagon. The show will also feature celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, with whom Kardashian trains relentlessly.
"Revenge Body" with Khloe Kardashian will also feature other celebrity trainers such as Harley Pasternak and Simone de la Rue. Also on the show is Lacey Stone, who recently shared her 20-minute "Revenge Body" workout with Shape. The routine involves bench presses with leg lifts, reverse lunges, plank rows, speed in and outs, reverse lunges with shoulder presses, and lifting combos that are sure to fire up muscles. To see her in action, tune in to "Revenge Body" this January 12 on E!.
