Hollywood Take reported that there were whispers and speculations that Jamie Foxx may actually adopt Tom Cruise and Katie Holme's daughter, Suri Cruise. But just like any other Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx rumors, this has not been confirmed nor denied by either of their camps.

Katie Holmes is focused to keep Suri Cruise happy as Tom Cruise remained MIA in their daughter's life. Could this be enough reason for Katie Holmes to finally give Suri Cruise a father figure in Jamie Foxx? Although the idea may appear sweet and romantic, Gossip Cop quickly slammed the rumors of Jamie Foxx adopting Suri Cruise.

The site shared that there is no truth in all these adoption rumors. In fact, the site noted that a rep for Jamie Foxx have flatly denied the story of the 48-year-old actor adopting Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise daughter. "The reporting is completely false," the rep said.

It has been previously reported that Tom Cruise was nowhere to be found when Scientology opened a new location in San Diego. The "Mission Impossible" actor had always been active and supportive with the controversial church' events, which is why his absence started rumors that the 54-year-old actor is ready to give Scientology up for daughter Suri Cruise. Tom Cruise has yet to comment on this rumor.
