"The Blacklist" season 4 is expected to answer a lot of questions during the midseason finale. Aside from the bugging question of Elizabeth's parents, fans are also looking forward to Samar and Aram's budding romance and Mozhan Marno dishes out details about the could-be couple.

"The Blacklist" season 4, episode 9 aired on Thursday and the task force made a tiny revelation TV Guide noted. The upcoming season will see the team investigating a new case that resulted in numerous fatalities. However, Samar (Mozhan Marno) may have been privy to some of them ahead of the team. She is said to be working for her former Mossad colleagues so she can keep them from being prosecuted.

"The Blacklist" season 4 did not hide Samar's deception especially after Aram (Amir Arison) suggested one of Samar's former colleagues could be a suspect. Fans saw Samar pretend she doesn't know the person, telling Aram that she'll check him out instead. However, she tipped off the group so they can make plans on fleeing. However, her betrayal was uncovered by Red (James Spader) revealing to the team that Samar's connections with the suspect.

"The Blacklist" season 4 will see Amar gets affected the most. In an interview with Yahoo TV, Marno expressed her surprise after learning she and Arison became such a fan-favorite. She admitted that a possible romance between her character and Aram was unexpected. In fact, she did not expect such a thing when she accepted the role. She surmised that people took fancy in odd couples like Aram and Samar.
