Roman is proving to be the most complicated character in the second season of "Blindspot" Season 2. Although Jane Doe's brother could turn out to be an important addition to the team, clues from the synopsis of "Devil Never Even Lived" suggest that he could also be a danger to everyone. At the conclusion of the "Blindspot" Season 2 mid-season premiere, Patterson found a mysterious new tattoo that should be on Jane Doe but isn't. "Nor I, Nigel" also featured Roman actually running away from Jane Doe after she erased his memories and it looks like the relationship between the siblings could be pulled further apart in "Blindspot" Season 2 Episode 12. Will Roman's betrayal become more obvious in "Devil Never Even Lived"?

The synopsis for "Blindspot" Season 2 Episode 12 confirms that the mystery tattoo is connected to Roman as well as (of all things) a biker gang. Unfortunately, this could meann that the team will have to consider if he could be trusted enough to go undercover with Jane Doe. Will "Devil Never Even Lived" find Roman betraying his sister and the rest of the team?

Roman has already proven his loyalty to Jane Doe in the first half of the second season when he defied Shepherd's order to kill his sister in "Why Let Cooler Pasture Deform". However, Jane still chose to erase his memories at the end of the episode, which could prove to be a very bad decision. There are speculations that the amnesiac Roman will first remember his allegiance to Sandstorm and end up betraying Jane by "Blindspot" Season 2 Episode 12.
