'Deus Ex: Mankind Divided' News: PS4 Update Addresses Crash Issues, Doesn't Improve Gameplay
When Eidos Montreal and Square Enix released "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" back in August, the game received generally positive reviews from gamers and critics alike. It was even nominated Best Role Playing Game in last year's The Game Awards and picked up several honors during the Canadian Video Game Awards. As Eidos Montreal continues to work on post-release fixes and content for "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided," gamers have found a new update for the game.
While the latest PS4 update addresses crash issues, it doesn't improve gameplay. According to PlayStation Lifestyle, a new PS4 update for "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" was released by Eidos Montreal on Friday. The update seems to be a minimal one, as the studio's official "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" Twitter account relayed the information that the PS4 update addresses crash issues and nothing more. It seems that the update doesn't improve gameplay or do anything to contribute to a better gaming experience.
It includes fixes for PS4-specific crashes, most of which would occur when losing a network connection. https://t.co/Sm2pJ657vI

Nonetheless, there's a lot to look forward to in "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" aside from the fact that the PS4 update addresses crash issues. Eurogamer recently reported that the Day One Edition bonus called the "Augmented Covert Agent" Pack DLC is now available for gamers of all platforms. The awesome new content for the game features the "Desperate Measures" mission, Adam Jensen skins, skins for his guns, and some new items for gamers.
Now that gamers know that the PS4 update addresses crash issues, they can now fully enjoy "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided," as well as the new "Augmentd Covert Agent" Pack DLC. The new DLC will update the game automatically for those on Steam. For those on consoles, please make sure to download the new DLC from PSN or Xbox Marketplace.
