‘Fargo’ Season 3 Air Date & Spoilers: Ewan McGregor Reveals Hardships On Show’s Accent; Fans To See Much Modern Chapter
"Fargo" Season 3 is about to hit the small screens as the cast recently graced the TCA press tour. Ewan McGregor, who would play the main role, talked about his stint in the upcoming comedy-crime drama anthology and the hard time he is experiencing studying the accent.
The show's executive producer Warren Littlefield commended McGregor for coming a day early for "Fargo" Season 3's filming. However, the 45-year-old OBE revealed that his appearance before time was for himself, so they could learn the show's dialect. He explained that he didn't like the thought of letting them started without him and he badly needed the help of the language coach, according to ScreenCrush.
McGregor admitted that the accent used in "Fargo" Season 3 is a very hard and strange intonation to stick into. He also confessed if the hardship is because of his being non-American as it is the hardest pronunciation he considers, although he has already learned Dutch. The "Moulin Rouge" actor, too, said that the iconic used of the accent in the show meant that he has no right to do mistakes. "It's an accent that everybody knows from ... seasons one and two, so the audience's ear will be attuned to it," he disclosed.
Moreover, the upcoming "Fargo" Season 3 would be the most modern theme the show would have. It would be set in 2010 when Noah would be seen enjoying the new technology as teased by the show's executive producer Warren Littlefield. Carrie, too, would have a scene where she would board a plane and noticed that everyone is busy handling their phone and not talking to each other, New York Post cited.
Meanwhile, "Fargo" Season 3 will pick up where the previous chapter left off. It would be the continuation of the last installment and would also feature the character of Lou Solverson (first played by Keith Carradine followed by Patrick Wilson). "Fargo" Season 3 is set to be released in April on FX.
