Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt had amicably reached an understanding to settle their divorce and custody proceedings in private, issuing a first joint statement regarding their divorce since Jolie filed for divorce in September, BE Magazine reported. As such, there were rumors saying that the "Tomb Raider" star has given up their kids to ex-husband already. However, Jolie was forced to deny such claims.

Online tabloids claim that Angelina Jolie has lost the custody battle after the court favored Brad Pitt in a recent request to see his kids. However, insiders are denying the rumors pointing out that the custody arrangement has been in place for months already, allowing Brad supervised visitations. That being said, the custody battle is still on-going and the court hasn't favored the "Moneyball" actor. Against what the tabloids claim, Brad hasn't won a huge victory just yet and Jolie won't be forced to hand over their brood.

As the divorce proceedings continue behind closed doors, there are rumors saying Kate Hudson is now dating Brad Pitt. While the two hasn't confirmed any of the rumors, Kate's brother Oliver responded to the dating rumors in a hilarious way, Independent UK added. Posting on the front page of a tabloid magazine, he detailed a hilarious story of their life after Brad supposedly moved in with Kate.
