Xbox One Backward Compatibility Has New Game Addition; Games With Gold February 2017 Lineup Revealed [VIDEO]
There's a new game added to the list of Xbox One Backward Compatibility roster as revealed by Xbox Director of Programming Larry Hyrb. Also known by his Xbox Live Gamertag "Major Nelson," he tweeted the arrival of "Alice: Madness Returns."
The Xbox 360 game is now part of the Xbox One Backward Compatibility and should be automatically added to the game console's title library. But if the "Alice: Madness Returns" didn't appear yet, the player can buy it through the gadget itself or through Xbox.com download link for $20 with 5.41 GB files. According to GameSpot, the psychological horror action-adventure video game was released in 2011 also for PlayStation 3 and PC.

Evidently, the month of January has been too busy for the Xbox One Backward Compatibility. Microsoft already added a total of 14 game titles on its roster just this month alone. In fact, there are now a total 300 Xbox 360 games that are playable on Xbox One through the BC program. Meanwhile, the titles coming to the Games with Gold February 2017 lineup has been announced by Microsoft, Daily Express reported.
Typically, fans will be treated with two Xbox 360 titles and two Xbox One games ready for download through Xbox One Backward Compatibility program. The first title coming is "Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime" followed by "Project Cars Digital Edition." However, "Killer Instinct Season 2 Ultra Edition," which part of the January lineup, is still available until Feb. 15. For the Games with Gold February 2017 lineup availability, here it is:
"Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime" will be available from February 1 to 28 while "Project Cars Digital Edition" can be downloaded from February 16 to March 15, both for Xbox One. "Monkey Island 2: Special Edition" is also offered from February 1 to 15 and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed starting February 16 to 28, both games can be played on Xbox 360 and Xbox One through Xbox One Backward Compatibility.
