‘Better Call Saul’ Season 3 Might Add Another ‘Breaking Bad’ Character; Aaron Paul Hints Appearance [VIDEO]
Aaron Paul from the original "Breaking Bad" television series has once again teasing his appearance in "Better Call Saul" Season 3 as Jesse Pinkman. "The Path" star graced "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and puzzled everyone when he said that he already filmed his guest spot in the upcoming prequel.
Ellen DeGeneres asked Aaron Paul if he will be seen in "Better Call Saul" Season 3. The 37-year-old star responded that he, too, is hoping to appear in the show. He later said that he might be done with the shooting, but he cut his statement and went on to say that "we" or they just were done filming the last season, per E! News. As she was not contented with his answer, the partner of Portia de Rossi asked him again if he could be on the crime drama series.
Aaron Paul went on to say that he could be and he loves to be on "Better Call Saul" Season 3. Ellen DeGeneres then teased him if he doesn't want to promote the show that he answered with no. The initial further said that he might want people to be surprised with his appearance that he replied with yes. The 58-year-old host then asked him to endorse the show, come back on her program and tell them that he will be on it.
Meanwhile, according to TVLine, "Better Call Saul" happened before the events of "Breaking Bad" took place. Hence, Jesse Pinkmas was a still a young kid that time. There might be a chance for Aaron Paul to be in "Better Call Saul" Season 3 if it will feature flash forwards. If the "Need for Speed" actor will grace the show, then maybe fans will finally see why he chose not to kill Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and the aftermath of his escape at the meth lab.
For the record, there are now several original "Breaking Bad" characters gracing the show's prequel. There are Tuco (Raymond Cruz), Hector (Mark Margolis), Krazy-8 (Max Arciniega) and Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito), who will be seen in "Better Call Saul" Season 3. Fans still have to wait and see if Aaron Paul will be added on the list.
