Fans of "Diablo 3" were surprised to know that Blizzard had something awesome up its sleeve during last year's Blizzcon. The studio unveiled their plans of releasing a Necromancer class to "Diablo 3" as an upcoming DLC this year. The latest news surrounding "Diablo 3" is that Blizzard reveals Necromancer class details, and that the upcoming DLC will feature Golems and Decrepify. Let's break it down here.

According to Game Rant, Blizzard was inspired by the Necromancer in "Diablo 2," and thus decided to pursue this as a DLC in "Diablo 3." The upcoming Necromancer will include four new kinds of golems. Specifics about these golems have not yet been detailed by Blizzard, but it remains to be one of the things fans are looking forward to in the new DLC.

As Blizzard reveals Necromancer class details, gamers should expect "Diablo 3" to feature Decrepfiy in Necromancer. According to Ubergizmo, gamers can also expect to see the return of the Necromancer's pets. Note, however, that some of them will be temporary summons, but it will also feature permanent ones as well. Both types, however, will enable heroes to deal damage to their respective enemies.

In addition, "Diablo 3" gamers should also expect the absence of the Iron Maiden and poison-based spells, which are both used by the Witch Doctor class. Blizzard is currently deciding if they should include options for melee weapons, like two-handed scythes. "Diablo 3" continues to work on releasing new content, as Blizzard just recently unveiled Update 2.4.3.

"Diablo 3" is now playable on PlayStation 3 and 4, and Xbox One and Xbox 360. For the latest on "Diablo 3" and how Blizzard reveals Necromancer details, make sure to bookmark this page.
