Last week, we reported that Darren Criss has joined The CW's "Supergirl" to play the Music Meister in the upcoming "The Flash" musical crossover episode airing this March. The former "Glee" star is reuniting with both Melissa Benoist and Grant Gustin for an epic sing-off that fans are highly anticipating.

The "Supergirl"/"The Flash" musical crossover episode begins on March 20 with the former, and will conclude on the 21st with the latter show. According to ScreenCrush, Criss is already hard at work filming the two episodes, as he recently shared a behind the scenes look of the crossover episode.

Criss will be playing the villain Music Meister in the "Supergirl"/"The Flash" crossover episode titled "Duet," but no further details have been disclosed about how he will find his way to National City. Criss posted a photo of himself with Gustin on Instagram, where he shared that when the pair worked together in "Glee," Gustin played the role of the bad guy.

"Oh how the tables have turned, @grantgust," Criss wrote. Meanwhile, it seems that the "Supergirl"/"The Flash" musical crossover episode is one to look forward to as "La La Land" songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul have lent their talents to write songs for the episode.

"Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" star Rachel Bloom also lends her songwriting chops, penning a track for the upcoming episode.
