'Rick And Morty' Season 3 Updates: Release Date Delayed; Dan Harmon Tweets Details
The audience has been waiting for more updates, spoilers and the release date of the "Rick And Morty" season 3. The show's creator, Dan Harmon has finally opened up about the delay in release.
A report from Collider.com suggested that the "Rick and Morty" season 3 release date continues to be delayed. Dan Harmon admitted that the TV series will still be late, as he still does not have any release date for it yet.
It is no doubt that the show had been very successful, especially for its first and second season. Perhaps, this is the reason why fans have been waiting for the show to return on small screens since last year. The show continues to have a growing fan base, while the audience wait for the third season.
Harmon has finally addressed the delay in release to Sundance in an interview. “I do not have a release date for Season 3. It is not that I know it and I am not allowed to say it; it is Adult Swim’s domain," he says. "What I will tell you is it is late because of us, it is late because of me.”
He even shared, “If Justin (Roiland) were here he would agree. He and I would go, ‘Yeah, we f***** up,’ and it is hard to put your finger on how we f***** up. ‘Rick and Morty’ keeps taking longer and longer to write, and I do not know why.”
The great news is that Harmon and Roiland are working on the series and that they are trying their best to finish a good story for the fans. The two creators of the show have been made famous by the show, which also opened new opportunities for them.
Comicbook.com even states that Harmon tweeted a link inviting the fans to register for the galactic federation. Registering on the given link brings the fans to a website designed for aliens looking to pass for human on earth. It was all written with the series' signature sense of humor.
As of now, fans have to wait for the release date of "Rick and Morty" season 3.
