The story of “Five Nights at Freddy’s” continues with the coming of the second season of the novel series expected to come out on June 27. Scott Cawthon will still be at the helm as the novel’s creator with Kira Breed-Wrisley writing. The coming season will continue to follow the adventures of Charlie on “Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Twisted Ones”.

A summary of what to expect for “Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Twisted Ones” can be seen over at Amazon which will be available for Kindle ($5.99) and in paperback ($7.40). It will pick off from the previous installment, “Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Silver Eyes”. This time, the story picks up from the terrifying events that transpired at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza despite Charlie trying to move on from it.

Charlie goes to a new school as he tries to restart his life. Unfortunately, the horror is still around with Charlie being hunted down by a masked murderer together with four animatronic puppets on “Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Twisted Ones”. All of it is sparked when four bodies are found near the campus, each bearing familiar-looking wounds that recall the events which happened at the pizza place.

From the looks of it, “Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Twisted Ones” may bring back the serial-killer character, William Afton. He was the same one responsible for the killing of seven people and was presumed dead when Charlie triggered the animatronics suit that dragged his body away. It is possible that while his body may have been decimated, the spirit could have transferred to the said suit.

Much of the things to expect for “Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Twisted Ones” should be answered by June. These are mere speculations for now, though it all makes sense. These plots could eventually be integrated into the planned “Five Nights at Freddy’s” movie, something that Cawthon plans to work closely on, Cinemablend reported.
