Now, Holden would have to manage a life with a 4-year-old daughter without a job and a car. The company said they would release the employees last pay checks on Wednesday.
The website had officially closed on Sunday. On its last statement the company said "It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of all our stores. We know that you have depended upon us to support your healthy habits, and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience our closure may have caused you."
All employees and customers were directed to send the company an email at info@myfitfoods.com for their inquiries. The company thanked everyone for the kind support these past years and wished all the best for their customers.
Customers of the My Fit Foods chain were stunned about the abrupt closure. Most of their customers relied on them weekly for shopping healthy food. Now they will have to figure out a new meal plan for their weekly regiment.
