'For Honor' Latest News & Update: Day One Patch Features Hero Balances, UI Fixes

For some, "For Honor" was the best Valentine's Day present given to them, as Ubisoft released the latest hack and slash game to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC just yesterday. The game, which garnered a lot of buzz for its three factions and the different ways you can battle it out with your opponent, is now playable across platforms. Of course, Ubisoft also released the Day One patch, which features hero balances and UI fixes. Let's take a closer look here.

According to Game Rant, Ubisoft community developer Eric Pope gave a brief overview of the "For Honor" Day One patch that features hero balances and UI fixes. In general, the latest "For Honor" update addresses bugs and audio irregularities, as well as major frame rate drops, as well as enhancements on matchmaking and connectivity.

The "For Honor" Day One patch also features hero balances and hero fixes. For one, gamers may notice some improvements on heroes' animations, collision detection, and other irregularities. Gamers should note that with the Day One patch, all countries around the Mediterranean Sea are now part of the European region.

As per UI changes, the memory leak has been fixed and there has been an improvement on the flow in and out of the invitation menu. According to PlayStation Lifestyle, the "For Honor" Day One patch has also made improvements in connectivity and matchmaking, as well as fixed the bugs in the metagame. Hero balancing has been addressed based on player feedback as well.
