'Outlander' Season 3 Spoilers: Air Date, Premiere Episode & Production Updates; 13 Episodes To Watch Out For
It appears that the fans have to wait for a little longer for one of their favorite TV series. On Feb. 15, Starz announced that the premiere episode of "Outlander" Season 3 will be aired in September 2017.
The source revealed that "Outlander" Season 3 will return in September this year. But, the channel did not reveal the exact date for the return of the series.

Fans will remember that while "Outlander" Season 1 premiered in August 2014, season 2 commenced in April 2016, while season 3 will have 13 episodes in total, which will be filmed in South Africa and Scotland, TV Line reported.
The scenes that will be shot in South Africa will represent the Caribbean. "Outlander" Season 3 is based on Diana Gabaldon's novel titled "Voyager", which is the third book in the series.
The production for Season 3 started in September 2016 and is expected to finish by June this year. The team is soon wrapping up filming in Scotland and will move to Cape Town in South Africa, according to Variety,
Claire and Jamie to Find Love Again
Season 2 will commence after Claire (Caitriona Balfe) travels through the stones to return to her married life in 1948. She is expecting Jamie's (Sam Heughan) child and will be seen having some turbulent times with her husband Frank (Tobias Menzies).
On the other hand, Jamie will have a tough time after the outcome of the Battle of Culloden. He will be shattered after being separated from Claire.
Meanwhile, Claire will get a fresh lease at life when she finds that there could be a possibility to reunite with Jamie back in time. Jamie and Claire have been separated by centuries and continents but nothing can keep these two true lovers away from one another.
The big question is will they be same when they do reunite after battling out all the obstacles? Or have time and situations changed them?
"Outlander" Season 3 promises an abundance of mystery, drama, romance, and adversity when it returns in Sept. 2017.
